Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the GPS Camera - GeoTag Map Stamp application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App and delete it from your device immediately.


2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal or professional purposes in accordance with these Terms.


App Ownership: All design, code, stamp templates, and intellectual property associated with the App itself are owned by us.


User Content: You retain 100% ownership of any photos or videos you capture using the App. We do not claim ownership, nor do we access, host, or store your local media.


3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Certain features of the App (such as premium professional stamp templates or an ad-free experience) may be offered via in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions, processed entirely through Google Play Billing.


Billing: Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.


Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.


Management & Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions directly in your Google Play Store account settings. We do not have the ability to cancel subscriptions on your behalf.


Refunds: All refund requests must be processed through the Google Play Store subject to their standard refund policies.


4. Third-Party Services

Our App relies on third-party services to function correctly. By using the App, you also agree to be bound by the terms of these providers:


Google Maps & Location Services: The App uses Google APIs to fetch maps, geographic coordinates, and altitude data. Your use of these features is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.


Advertising & Analytics: We use Google AdMob and Firebase. Their data collection practices are governed by their respective policies as outlined in our Privacy Policy.


5. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to use the App to:


Capture, stamp, or distribute photos of individuals or secure locations without their consent or where prohibited by law.


Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App’s source code or stamp templates.


Attempt to bypass or manipulate the billing system.


Use the App in a way that intentionally overloads or disrupts our integrated third-party APIs.


6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for high precision, we do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of the GPS location, altitude, compass, or weather data applied to your photos. GPS accuracy relies heavily on your device's hardware, network connectivity, and physical environment (e.g., being indoors vs. outdoors). We are not liable for any professional, legal, or financial disputes arising from inaccurate geotag data.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.


8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document or via an in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
